First: The item is as expected and described. Sturdy and well designed. I am very happy with the item quality (and as an aside, the wide range of sizes meant that I could find the exact size I needed - something I was not able to do with of the comparable products).More significantly, the customer service was exemplary.I ordered the item expecting delivery just before Christmas. However, UPS managed to lose the packages (based on the driver's GPS they appeared to have been delivered to the wrong address). I emailed the seller and they called me back the same day. After explaining the situation to them, they took a couple of days to check with UPS and then offered to ship me out a replacement item.Bottom line, I give them high marks for selection, quality and, especially, customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company in the future
